MAIN TOURNAMENT RULES

PES 2021 | PLAYSTATION 4

Keeperball is a new format for football with specific rules. The result is decided not just by match results, but also by the results of a penalty shootout. Here, how well the goalkeeper plays is very important. You can lose the match but then turn the result on its head and snatch victory from the jaws of defeat. The format was created to emphasise the role of the goalkeeper and it’s not a stretch to say that the goalkeeper is half the team. In this competition it’s more true than ever.

Registration in the tournament stages can be done at cybermos.ru

A maximum of 60 minutes is assigned to each stage (30 minutes for a penalty shootout tournament). The time assigned to the stage begins as soon as the opponent is known (for example, if the opponent appears in the bracket at 20:45, then the score should be entered before 21:15).
The match score should be entered into the site or reported to the tournament referee within 30 minutes. If you are playing in extra time or have a penalty shootout, you must inform the referee.

The referee has the right to remove players from the tournament if they ignore this rule and the time assigned to the stage, or if they waste the time assigned to the stage.

Players are required to begin the match within 15 minutes after their opponent appears in the bracket. Otherwise, the judge has the right to apply a technical defeat to one or both of the players.

The refere is not required to message each player about the status of the match, but may do so if they so desire.
The method of determining the host (that is, the player that invites their opponent to the match) in the game and who will stream the game
In the qualifiers and play off stage in the final part of the tournament — in the first match, the host is the one who is first in the pair in the grid, and in the second match, the second player is the host. In the third, deciding match, the host is the one who is first in the pair in the bracket.

The players may stream by agreement or at will. If the players are unable to agree or one of the players wants both players to stream, then both players will stream for the full series of matches.

Stream settings:
  • Platform — Priority to Twitch
  • Quality — 720p

Communication between opponents
Each player should open their page on VK so that they can communicate with their opponent. Otherwise the referee may remove you from the tournament. You may also communicate if necessary in the tournament or in-game if you are using in-game communication methods. The player is required to contact their opponent and offer to play a game in the tournament. The main preferred method of contact is VK, followed by in-game communication methods.
Internet connection
NAT: Type 2 or 1 is required
Using the console’s LAN connection to the internet.
Upload speed should be at least 5 mbps
You must be technically prepared to stream your games to Twitch or YouTube
The above points are recommendation, but whether or not they are followed will be considered when applying technical defeats.
Unable to connect with opponent
If you are unable to connect with your opponent or there are issues connecting to the internet, then you must inform the referee immediately. Additionally, you and your opponent must send the referee a screenshot or photograph with a test of your internet connection and connection quality. The judge will apply a technical defeat to one of the players after taking into account the information they have received. If the connection quality of both players corresponds with the rules, and neither player has a complaint against the other, then a technical defeat will be applied randomly.
Lateness or no-show at the game
If a player is late to a game, then they will be removed from the tournament.

If the player has not responded to your message within 10 minutes after being sent, then you must inform the tournament referee. If they still have not replied after 15 minutes, then you must show proof of this to the tournament referee. If the referee has not received a similar message from your opponent, then the match will be closed and a technical defeat will be applied to the player who did not turn up. If the referee has received similar messages from both the opponents, then they will connect the players through themselves. If both players are ignoring each other, then the referee will apply a technical defeat to both players.

If after 15 minutes neither player informs the referee that their opponent has not turned up, then the referee will believe the match is underway. If after 60 minutes neither player enters the results, then the referee will close the match and a technical defeat will be applied to both players.

All disputes are to be resolved by the main tournament referee.

Additionally, if you have any questions relating to the tournament, then you may contact the tournament referee.
Connection interrupted
If the connection is interrupted during a match, then the match should be recreated and played to the end (remaining time +5 minutes), the previous score must be kept and the teams will remain as before.
If a player was removed before the interruption, then the moment that this player was removed must be recreated.
If your opponent refuses to finish the game, then they will receive a technical defeat.
Forbidden
Offending your opponent, using bad language, and also negative comments towards the referees or organisers. If a player does this, then they may be punished by being removed from the tournament.

Wasting time, i.e. spending more than 5 minutes of in-game time (40 seconds of real time) with the ball in your half without any pressure from your opponent and not attempting to attack. Video evidence is required (send a video to the tournament judge, you can film it on your phone, but the quality must be suitable).
YOU MUST REPORT ALL PROBLEMS RELATED TO THE TOURNAMENT TO A REFEREE
- if your opponent is not replying
- if you cannot connect
- if you can't find your opponent's contact details

Message a tournament referee about these and other questions
Additionally
Issues that are not regulated by the Tournament Rules are resolved by the tournament’s judging body.

Complaints related to the refereeing and organisation of matches must be submitted in any written or oral form to the Main Tournament Referee no later than 10 minutes after the end of the match. In this case, the participant must also declare their intention to file a complaint. The complaint will be examined by the Main Tournament Referee in the shortest possible timeframe.

The organisers reserve the right to change and amend the Rules of the Tournament if any important points are not covered or violations and mistakes were made before and during the Tournament, while maintaining the sports component and the principles of fair play and justice.
