The tournament is made up of 3 stages:— 6 selection tournaments in the Fast Cup format,
— 6 selection tournaments in the Penalty Cup format
— final stage
Fast Cup tournament format:— olympic system (bo3, up to two wins in each stage)
— match time: 8 minutes (additional time + penalties),
— the winner of the match is decided by the result of said match according to the score (or penalty shootout result if required)
— if the goalkeeper of one of the teams blocks a penalty, then the winner must send both teams' goalkeepers' game statistics to the referee along with the score in the series of matches
Penalty Cup tournament format— olympic system (bo3, up to two wins in each stage)
— match time: 5 minutes (penalties)
— the winner of the match is decided by the result of a penalty shootout
— players start a match and wait for the end (the match should end with a score of 0−0), after which a penalty shootout takes place
Generating rankings— if the match participants disobey the rule stating that the winner must send both teams' goalkeepers' game statistics to the referee along with the score in the series of matches, then the goalkeeper’s game statistics for that match will not be shown in the rankings.
— rank points for taking part in a Fast Cup selection tournament — 5 points
— rank points for taking part in a Penalty Cup selection tournament — 10 points
rank points are accrued in the Fast Cup format in the following manner:
- Top 1 — 100 rank points
- Top 2 — 50 rank points
- Top 3 — 30 rank points
- Top 4 — 25 rank points
- Top 5−8 — 20 rank points
- Top 9−16 — 10 rank points
- Top 17−32 — 7 rank points
- Blocking a penalty in a Fast Cup tournament — 5 rank points
— rank points in the Penalty Cup tournaments are accrued as follows:
- Top 1 — 100 rank points
- Top 2 — 50 rank points
- Top 3 — 30 rank points
- Top 4 — 25 rank points
- Top 5−8 — 20 rank points
- Top 9−16 — 10 rank points
- Top 17−32 — 7 rank points
If the scores are tied, the amounts are decided by the following statistics:
1. number of tournaments played
2. who received their first points earlier
3. who scored higher in the qualifiers.
Final stage format:— participants in the final stage will be determined according to the rankings, the top 16 will reach the final stage
— match time: 10 minutes (penalties)
— play off (16 participants, double, bo3 in the upper bracket, bo1 in the lower bracket)
— the winner is determined in any instance after the match and penalty shootout-
the match must be played in full. After the end of the match, a new match must be started with the following settings — 5 minutes, penalties: on — players must wait for the penalty shootout
— if the connection is interrupted through the fault of a player, then the player will be given a warning in the first instance. In the second interest, the player will be given a technical defeat
— points are accrued as follows:
- 0−0 in the main time of the match — 0 points
- Victory with a difference of 1−2 — 1 point
- Victory with a difference of 3−4 — 2 points
- Victory with a difference of 5 or more — 3 points
- penalty blocked by a goalkeeper in the main time of the match — 1 point
- penalty scored in a post-match penalty shootout — 1 point
— At the end of the match all the points are summed up and the winner is decided
— if the scores are equal after the points have been counted, then the winner is the one who won the penalty shootout
The referee has the right not to count results of matches that have not been played according to the rules.

A maximum of 30 minutes is assigned to each stage (20 minutes for a Penalty Cup tournament). The time assigned to the stage begins as soon as the opponent is known (for example, if the opponent appears in the bracket at 20:45, then the score should be entered before 21:15).
The match score should be entered into the site or reported to the tournament referee within 30 minutes.
The referee has the right to remove players from the tournament if they ignore this rule and the time assigned to the stage, or if they waste the time assigned to the stage.
Players are required to begin the match within 15 minutes after their opponent appears in the bracket. Otherwise, the judge has the right to apply a technical defeat to one or both of the players.
The refere is not required to message each player about the status of the match, but may do so if they so desire.
